I wouldn't consider him the top LHP in the minors, but he's definitely in the top 5. Very promising finesse pitcher. LA would do well to get him.

Never understood why he projected that high but to get a young, capable, lefty for Dee is a good move.

Desi Relaford was the SS for most of the season before he was traded late in the season. Perez took over at SS until Rollins made his debut Sept 17, 2000.

Definitely happy with the Gordon/Heany/Haren trade as I think Dodgers sell high on Gordon. Juries out on Rollins until the names going to Philly are released.

Nice trivia question about Phillies SS before Rollins. RA2 wants high compensation for players he trades, as opposed to Ed (bad trade) Wade, so hopefully Phillies get 2 good pitching prospects. Go Phillies!
About time the Phillies blew up their team. I'd keep Utley simply as a face of the franchise guy (unless you get a crazy offer) and move every other veteran, Hamels included.
They're getting back Zach Eflin (acquired from SD) and Tom Windle.
