FS Round 2: Buy now, pay later... some new stuff FS

The last thread worked really well (netted something like 6 deals) so we'll give this another shot (that thread got too unwieldly to work with.) Added some new cards, and as always let me know how the deal structure works best for you...

Looking to move some high-end cards. I've had a lot of success working with collectors who like having some time to pay for the card, so I'll be offering that again now. Basically as long as a payment plan is within reason, I'll probably be ok with it. (Of course paying at once works fine as well for those who prefer it.) I've included some potential options as far as payment to help give an idea, though those can be adjusted for what works for you.
