heyman on the FAN this afternoon said the yanks wouldnt give either one of them for danks.

either one? if thats true, then that's really dumb. john danks >>> manny banuelos. i've gotta think there's no way the white sox would do a straight up swap of danks for banuelos.

Send Montero to the White Sox..........The Cardinals play them at Busch this year and I would love to watch Montero play. He is going to be a great ballplayer.

Are you there?

Even if they were to go unprotected in the AAA Minor League portion , I would take:

Trevor Reckling, Jiwan James, and Matre.

Nats offer 6 years to Wilson. I'm going to guess 6 for 100, what are they thinking.

Looks like the Isle of Misfit Draft Picks to me. I am still PO'd that Lambo couldn't do anything at AAA this last year and was bypassed by about every OF prospect in the Pirates organization.

God I hope Marte gets taken in the minor league portion...any bump to his name will help. I just kept bidding and winning after his 2010 Bowman autos came out; not high bids, I just kept winning...so I basically have 20 autos by accident

Phillies, A's Have Discussed Domonic Brown In Gio Trade.

Poor Domonic.....

Why? He'd get more playing time?

Is everything you say stupid? I'm beginning to think so

Its good that I don't care what you think.

However, going to Oakland wouldn't be the best place for Brown.

I sure hope Dom does get dealt, preferably to another high market team. Still, anywhere has to be better for him than a team featuring Mayberry, Victorino and Pence as their starting OFs, with Nix and Francisco on the bench.

How about an OF with Jennings, Upton and Brown? That would work.

I remember when Billy Rowell was a can't miss and his stuff sold REALLY WELL.....He was the 9th overall pick out of high school and was born the next town over from where I live. I'm also glad I didn't invest a nickel in his stuff because I wasn't prospecting at that time. More into HOF'er autos.

So the Phillies would be admitting that trading Gio for Freddy Garcia WAS a mistake. Oy vey.

I don't like trading with the A's. That's where our prospects go to die.
