It is. The other one is the same card but has Rated Rookie instead of MLBPA.

No, there was a sweetspot type auto. I think it was panini or something. I didn't even realize there were two versions of this card! Holy cow, need to get the other one.

Oh yeah, you're right. There is a Rated Rookie version on eBay right now, I'm just out of cash for the week. It is at a decent price.

It has been a while since I've had anything new to add. He has cards in Topps Series 2, so I should be adding several in the next few weeks. Oddly, not much pops up for the Astros team card which has a cameo.

Fortune smiled upon me for Topps Series II. I mentioned that I lost out on a 1/1 card because someone wanted to pay way more for it than I was willing to pay. Well, it turns out that they were not willing to pay for it at all. The card was put back up for auction and I got it for right at what I was willing to give for it.

These cards are super thick and heavy. I can't imagine picking up a pack and not knowing it was in there.

So I now have both non-plate 1/1s and one of the printing plates before I end up with the base card!

Finally got a hold of the base card. I also discovered that I somehow missed a printing plate when it first released. I have the important 1/1s but bummed I missed it. The seller never responded when I asked if they'd put me in contact with the buyer.

They were originally sold at the All-Star Game. You can now get them on the website, but only in full set form. There is an Astros team set on eBay right now, which is how I got these.
