I showed my daughter Brittany these last night and it got her inspired to do one.. She's 16 and not into sports at all but she found a Babe Ruth picture on Google on her IPod and took one of my white filler cards and drew this.

the pic she used (it didn't appear the same size on her Ipod as on my computer screen thus the slight difference in chin area)

She did admit it was tougher to scale down to card size but in no way would it make her do as bad a job as these Tempy's I showed her. I'll show her this thread and if she gets enough positive response it may inspire her to do a few more.

I'd say it is very very impressive... I couldn't come close to that! How long did it take her? I have a feeling this Leaf "artist" drew these cards VERY quickly... at least I hope so lol
