Dempster is a free agent after the season, so trading him is irrelevant when it comes to the future. As for the present, team is about 15 games under .500 anyway. Bottoming out and getting a top 5 draft pick is probably better for the Cubs rebuild.

Ya exactly. It honestly isn't good if the Cubs keep winning. There is no point in finishing around .500. Sure Russell and Camp may be great relievers, but if it a matter of getting a better pitcher back, then you have to include them. Relievers are the easiest to replace.
