He bought 2 lots of cards and sent payment of $110. I insured the cards for $100 and paid for shipping..After 1 month I
received the $100 refund from the post office. The cards are lost in a black whole at the post office after they tried to
deliver them to him when he wasn't home and lost them somewhere at the post office.. I refunded $90 and said that I would send him another payment for the rest or another card.
He sent me $110 ($90+$20)
$20 - $0.88(paypal fee) = $19.12
$90 - $2.91(paypal fee) = $87.09
Net income = $106.21
Shipping = $ 4.17
Net Income = $102.04
Refund = $ 90.00
Total = $ 12.04
Post Office Refund = $100.00
Total Amount = $112.04
$20 Refund (if sent) = $ 20.00
Amount Left remaining = $ 92.04
Cards Value = $110.00
Cash = $ 92.04
Amount of money I lose with this transaction.. $17.96..
I don't have the cards anymore as they are in a USPS blackhole.. I told him that I would send him some $$ in the future as I didn't have any in my paypal account at the time. Since the post office sent me a refund of $100.. I will be out the extra money and the cards that were shipped.
Let me know if you still want the $20 refund and I will send it..
