I've often wondered how these guys just set up at show after show weekend after weekend with having to lug all the same over-priced stuff around for years and years...:?

Heck, I get antsy if I have something for more than three months or so! :lol:

I havent been to a show down there in 18 years so Im not sure any of the dealers now were there then. These dealers I dealt with were all from the Cincinnati area and I knew them all, some really well. So I wouldnt think you have anything to worry about.

Terrible business plan. These guys gave up great paying jobs and put all their time/effort/money into their original supply in the early/mid 80's. They're still sitting on a lot of it. I guess they're hoping one day someone comes along with the same dream they had and buys it all and they'll be instant millionairs? I know one guy was married and divorced twice because of his non money making at shows. He worked a job that didnt pay anything and I guess his 2 ex wives didnt like sleeping in their van in hotel parking lots on show trips.

Him saying that to me make me think he believes that he is the only guy in town or in the country with the commons I need.

The guy was a ****** 20 years ago, nothing has changed about him.
