He's doing a book signing at the Mall of America. I am not expecting much out of it, but he seems like a really cool person so I can't wait to get his auto.

you'd obviously know... whens a good time to catch a game at Target field? I live in Iowa right at the moment and one of my goals is to hit Minn, Chicago, st louis and KC games at least once.

It depends what you want out of it. If you are an auto seeker, the last weekend of the year is the time to go. If you like flash, the first game of the year is the time to go, especially with Pujols and Hunter coming to town.

I would say some time in June or July if you wanted a regular old experience. The games are fun to go too. I've never sat in any of the decks or in outfield so I can't say how the view is. If I ever end up living in the Metro area, I would like to a game up on the roof deck.

If you come up during Gopher baseball season and wanted to see the Metrodome, I would suggest trying to catch a game there. A lot of people will tell you the Dome sucks but I beg to differ.

I love the names of those A ball teams! the mariners have the Everett Aquasox(socks) and at the time I met with them the mascot was a tree frog. could still be but haven't bothered to look since about 10 years ago

We don't have MiLB here... 2 indy teams and half of the Northwoods League. The St. Paul Saints would be the only other team in the Metro area if you wanted to check them out too. I don't believe any NWL teams are around there. We have one close to here so I attend their games.
