I'm with you there... Looks like I may transferring to a different buidling to help get things up and running in a new location. The kicker is that its far enough away from where I live that I'm probably going to have to look at re-locating. Not going to drive 150 miles 2 ways every day. Trying to avoid it, but it would again be a raise and another step up. Have to talk to the girlfriend some more, shes none to happy about the idea lol
