Good Morning Folks! I'm hitting the parent lottery today. My youngest son is moving out! Empty Nester for the first time since Feb 1987 when our first son was born.

Grabbed another Ray Mancini 1/1 from a guy on blowout. It's the letter "B" from his trunks. Have the "B" and "O" now, just need another "O" and the "M"....

Anyone know how to find if an older card is an sp on beckett or anywhere else? I won a musial jsy auto out of 05 greats and its not serial numbered but know it has to be some type of sp. Its numbered RB-1 if that helps.

Doing a general search of 2005 greats musial there are two auto cards
redbirds auto /5 and /1 both say jersey and glove in the title

Hmmm, maybe it's regular don't used and greats us the subset... Thanks for looking.

Glad someone else helped out. I searched a few other terms and found that same one.
i heavily dislike how specific or non you have to be sometimes searching in becketts database

I have an office/mancave plus a nice two car garage with my fishing bench in onew corner. This bedroom will become the excercise room. I'm going to remodel it and put in some sort of hardwood flooring with excercise mats and a ballet bar and mirror for the wife. Then my elliptical and weights will go in as well.

Jamison - How are you displaying the collection you're putting together? It deserves to be seen. :shock:

I would like to display them matted and framed...double-sided, too..so I can view the backsides as well. 50 or 70 per frame. Problem is...I don't feel it's safe to store them in diecut holes of the mat board (potential corner damage). I could use tobacco-size inserts (used for one-touches) but that would mean much more effort...lining them up perfectly with diecut holes plus adding extra layers of mylar...that might make the minis look...darker.

Any advice, anyone??
