One more semester left and still waiting to hear about the application to Cal State Fullerton.

George, the Nutcracker is a big thing around here. Charleston Ballet Theater performs it and people get all dressed up to come watch. Lots of Moms and little girls in their nicest dresses, it's like a Christmas tradition. My daughter has been dancing with CBT for 5-6 years and has done this show since she was about 5, she absolutley loves it.

I think C might be a part of the local ballet next year.

It's a good school. The English/Writing Depts are topnotch. And, it is within bus distance from us!

I would like to think that you make a fine candidate.

I hope so, but my crappy gpa from the 90's may be a problem. I get a slight gpa bump for being a local, another for being old, and another for kicking much a$$ in all the lit courses here. If I don't get in for Fall 2013, I will reapply for Fall 2014 (because of budget/impact problems, they have frozen Spring semester transfers).

FWIW, I am not a fan of their beans, sorry. However, when out and about I do drink the dark roast.

No need to be sorry on preference George! May of 2013 will be my 10 year mark Will receive my 5th week of vacation and a 1 year sabaticle option. Currently have 4 weeks of vacation and 240 accrual hours of sick time.

I am the guy inside the bucket I worked at that store 3 times as a barista just to do it. Was fun but wouldn't want to for too long.

For the record, in going over my transcripts from the 80's and 90's it was revealed that I once got an "F" in Ethics. Oh, the irony!

Thats a great movie Dan! I got my girlfriend to watch it about a month ago and she loved it. Usually she falls asleep during movies I pick out, but she stayed awake for Moneyball
