I knew that anyone nicknamed "Trot" was doomed to being overhyped, but he had a decent career and playing for Boston in 2004 must've been incredible. OMG, he retired in 2008?
Sweet collection, too. You've got a lot of really tough cards in there. I like the 1999 Starting 9, and is that a Brilliants 24Kt Gold? And the Mystique 1/1? And the 1998 Bowman Chrome Gold Ref #/5? Nice.
Great collection. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I have been looking for a particular card of Alex Rodriguez from 1994 that Trot has and you do not have listed either. It is the 1994 Action Packed 24K Gold Diamond redemption card. As you know the Diamond cards are #ed /100 and you know not all of them were redeemed so there are actual redemption cards out there somewhere. I saw a ARod redemption about 10 years ago and when I went to bid my computer froze. I've never seen one since. Good luck on your quest for the final 171 (and growing) cards.

I have never thought of looking for the redemption card, also never seen one. Makes me want to look now.

Trot ended his career after playing in 2008 with the Mets. I have never seen another copy of the starting 9. You do see a 24kt Gold the Mystique 1/1 and 98 Bowman Chrome Gold Ref #/5
