I have seen a couple nice items on that website that I am looking to purchase. Does anyone know how to complete a transaction through their website? Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.

You have to email them, they will translate and respond with a email restating what you want to buy, you then need to respond that their message is indeed what you want.

The last time I bought from them it took about a week or so to get the deal to the payment stage. They ship extremely fast and safe imo.

Same here. Bought from them several times now and no problems ever. Send your email to [email protected] and include the card number from their site that you're interested in. Takes about a day or so to hear back from them.
