Can't fault an amateur, probably an oversight. This type of thing can easily slip by even professionals in the hobby.

It's those Topps Now cards being passed off as "autos" and it's been happening for awhile now. Every time I see a listing I report it if it even mentions the word "auto." Sometimes the sellers put "fc" or "fs" auto in the title/description, CLEARLY letting buyers know it's a facsimile auto, and not legit.
