What do you have in it? If you're going to make back 3X-4X what you initially paid, take the money and run.

If it's only a few bucks profit, I guess I'd wait until the playoffs.

Yes, I have been looking for that card but $40 is much more than I would give. If you have that offer take it, unless you think he is going to win the CY Young ;)

Yeah.. I have $10-15 into it. But I am thinkin it may increase in price during the playoffs?

You think he will? I've got my money on Lincecum or possibly Carpenter.

based on what others have said, now i think you should sell. The worst feeling you'll have is if you miss the high side and have to sell on the decline.

Carp or Waino will win the CY Young. If they win the WS that card might get to $50-60 depending on performance or it could be a $25 card in 4 weeks.

There's not as much upside as downside in selling it now, so I'd definitely move it for $40.

Definitely sell. Pitchers especially are up and down consistency-wise. A couple of bad outings and the cards could drop 25-50%.

Tough call. I know you've sold it, but, I dunno. If listed correctly on the 'Bay, it could go for big bucks. I know, first week of the season, Josh Johnson regular Topps Chrome Refractors were going for $30 . The Black were at $50 - $60.

Good move selling, but I do believe there is a wee bit of room to go up for the card.

Congrats again on the sale :D

And you can't beat that :D
Exactly :D

The thing is, I knew I could have gotten more, but also could have gotten less in the future. I was willing to chance it to make $30 profit. So its all good.
