Seriously, how can I not sell this? Magic Exquisite

To explain the title, I purchased this card about a year ago on ebay and in the effort of full disclosure when I recieved it I noticed it had a small pen mark on the edge of the card. Apparently it wasn't a big enough deal in paypal's eyes to get a refund. I have since picked up a second one in a trade and listed this card (pen mark noted) on ebay. It has sold for 105 and 85. Both times the card was won by a bidder overseas (france and germany) and both have failed to pay. So I bring this card to you:

Where is the pen mark exactly, can't see it in the scan...

It's not on the surface of the card, its on one of the sides / edges of the card. I will try to scan it or take a picture of it for you

edit: here you go, theres a little chipping near it, it almost looks like someone poked it with a sharpie or something.
