The Fox 4 camera man was there shooting their practice when it happened, they're showing the video on their right now, also it was the unsigned rookie camp so Romo is good.

I do structural plan review for the jurisdiction I live in, and my department fought with Coverall (they are the ones that provided the structure to Summit) on a fundamental design issue for over a year (not on this particular structure but other Coverall structures). If this is why that dome collapsed, they are pretty much screwed and are going to be paying out of their behinds because we brought this issue up to them in 2005 (maybe even late 2004).
