Wow! I take a day off with the family and find this. I have always been upfront with everyone and have no reason to hide. If anyone wants more info I will supply it. I really wish my "friend" had all of his stories straight before he attacks. Some of these "accusations" are way out of line as eBay has already looked into it and agreed.

#1) As already stated a purchase was made with a secondary account. Not the highest point for me, but when eBay allows schanigans like the one sided buyer feedback to happen, sometimes you do stuff you are not proud of.
This stands out to me because in previous posts before your accuser showed up and the only story we heard was your 1-sided version, you mentioned how you are always honest and value being a truthful person... this doesn't seem honest in the least.

#2) Said sccount has only been mine and in my name since Sept of '09. The acount was a local persons that was newer to the world of eBay. They have bought cards from me in the past. In September when they go to in debt from buying cards I took the acount over. You may ask why not NRU the acount? They were enrolled in eBay Bucks and had money coming back in a couple months. I asked to take it over so I could benefit from the program since many people aren't able to participate in the program.
This sounds like an excuse one of my 9th graders would give about a missing assignment... I do not understand why a local person would buy and pay fees from you when he could do it from you in person...or while the same person, and with so few purchases their ebay bucks could not have really been built up enough to take a shot at your honest and trustworthiness that you claim is so important. I have never had a talk...EVER with a friend or someone I sold to about taking over their account because of debt...How much debt could you have on a few low end card purchases...Because if he had debt it would have been to you and you would have not sent him great feedback. I do not know a single seller who gives amazing feedback to guys who cannot pay on their purchases

3) Accusations of schilling? C'mon man. A few things don't add up. Why would I schill BIN/BO items???? That is the majority of what I sell. From time to time I run auctions, but in a store I run arond 1000 BIN/BO listings. Second, why would I pay eBay fees if I was schilling??? That is ridiculous. Also, check the bidding history, there isn't any since the last owner stepped away. You can accuse all you want. Also, I think if I was "schilling" eBay would catch the same 2 names & addresses on both acounts in the transaction. There aren't any games and eBay has agreed with me there.
I agree...but on your end

4) This could all of been avoided if the buyer would just communicate. If you are not going to pay on the day the items end, just be polite and tell the seller that. When you got my friendly reminder on day #6.

Rob I have always enjoyed chatting with you and such but need this cleared up, because in my eyes right now your side doesn't make much sense

locking this down after I have talked to Rob

There is no recent bid history between the two accounts, and while yes that thread and feedback being there is a bit odd it is not indicative of shill bidding as the accuser indicates.

Yeah, Rob shouldn't have bid on his stuff to get retaliation, but there wasn't any shill bidding.
