I'm high bidder on an auction and after another bidder bid 3 times the going price is almost 3 times what it was an hour ago. I looked and the bidder has 169 bids the last 30 days or something, with 10% of them coming on this sellers items. is that a lot? or am i just reading into things to much?

What's the difference. Either you're willing to pay an amount or not.

I suppose it depends on the item, but unless it's a 1/1 or something there are more out there.

So he has about 17 bids w/ this seller? You said 3 of them were on this one item right? So he has 14 bids with this seller over the last 30 days. I bet there are 10+ sellers that I have that many bids with over the last 30 days. I'd say you're looking into it too much. Who knows. :?:

ok. true i put the bid that I was willing to pay for this item. I thought it was odd that the bidding jumped 3 times by $50 in an hour. i see your points and there's always another
