Guy has up a 1 day auction on about 15 items.

Top bidder on 3 of them (the more expense ones) has a feedback of 2 and the only activity in the past 30 days is last night....4 bids in 30 days, 3 items bid on, all with the same seller. Ironically the two bids on one item happens to be the most expense.

How do you prove shilling?

By having more evidence, because based on what you showed, the guy could have come across one of the auctions and then just looked at the seller's other items.

Ebay wont do anything about shill bidding unless the Bid comes from an account connected with the seller. This usually means the same IP or registration information. There is info on this in Ebays Help Section.

Did you just create a thread so you could say Dock Of The Bay?

haha, well the song goes "sitting on the dock of the bay" so as I was typing shilling it just came out

Yeah, I was afraid of that. Even if I told them to investigate his "2" feedback I am sure the guy is not smart (dumb?) enough to leave himself feedback and pay seller's fees....unless it is like .99 cents. :?
