Shipping Label Question - Is This A Paypal Label?

Sorry for the odd question, but is this a label created through Paypal? How can this be done?

I'd like to use something similar for my packages.

That's not a paypal label.

Just go into my ebay, look at the line that says "I need to ship xx items", click that line. It should then show individual items that have been paid for, click "print shipping label" on those items, it will ask you to log in to paypal then you can print the label.

As far as the materials you need.

No, it's a Pitney Bowes label (noted under right side bar code).

Many companies use PB for their shipping needs. Basically it's a machine that you purchase postage for ahead of time and you're able to print off postage labels as long as you have "money available".
