Shipping to Taiwan question, please help.

Morning everyone. I have to ship to Taiwan and want to ship certified. Does anyone know what form I need? I am hoping I can just grab the form from the Post Office, however I want to make sure I grab the right one if possible instead of having to wait in a long line.

Anything you ship international you have to fill out a from if shipping thru the USPS
The people at the PO can give that to you if you don't see it anywhere, like before you get to the counter
there should be a place that has supplies you may need, and that form should be there as well.
