Shipping to the UK

Buyer made an offer for me to end an item I could not refuse. He has 100% FB and is in the UK. Offering a paypal payment and his address is confirmed through paypal. Everything seems just fine to ship, but am I covered through paypal when sending internationally?

To the best of my knowledge, if the address is confirmed through Paypal, you're covered. Just make sure you use proper shipping to get DC or Sig Confirmation (based on final price).

Then you're okay. The rule of thumb is...if PayPal says "safe to ship" and you can show proof of delivery, you're covered.
