I was thinking of breaking up this set to grade-2005 topps chrome update autos:
Jay Bruce (grading this one)
Andrew McCutchen (grading this one)
JB Cox
Matt Garza (Should I slab this one)?
Micah Owings
Mike Costanzo
Josh Geer
Tyler Greene
Travis Buck
Michael McCormick
Eli Iorg
Craig Italiano
Beau Jones
Trevor Bell
Cesar Carillo
Cesar Ramos
Chaz Roe

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

That'd be great. But, it honestly would not be worth it imo. I may keep some of the better names, but I guess I will take everyone's advice and break 'em up.

I too have that set. The 2005 TCU set was tough to put together, but has great value. I might need to look at my set for grading possibility. I pulled 2 Bruce TCU Refractor that are now in Gold slabs. Go for it.

Thanks for your post. The set grades well from what I've seen, in base form. I think the Black Refs are the ones that grade a lot worse. So, I think it's realistic to hope for a 9.5 on all of them. My problem is which ones should I grade.
