Should I buy a case of 2009/10 Upper Deck Basketball?

I was looking at buying a 12 box case of 2009/10 Upper Deck Basketball.
I can get the case for $445, so that would only be $37.08 per box.
In 9 of the boxes you get 3 Relics and 1 Auto
3 of the boxes are Hot Boxes and you get 16 Relics and/or Auto's (I think on average I have seen 4 Auto's per Hot Box)
So that is 84 total hits (probably 21 Auto's and 63 Relics)
Along with about 32 Masterpieces, 32 Now Appearing, 32 3D Stars and about 96 MJ Collection Insert Cards.
Not to mention a few regular sets with and without all the SP's.

My question to you guys is it worth it? Do you think most of the hits in this product are just junk? Will I get enough good Auto's and Relics that will make me feel I got a good value?

I hope to get a few good cards to keep and then sell off the rest as lots at card shows and online. Let me know what you think.

Blowout had the boxes at the natty for $35, so your case price is right on target.

i wonder though, now that UD is NBA done, will that shy people away from them?
