D/P contacted me stating that they still hadn't received autos from Tim Beckham's older brother and they weren't able to fill my redemption for an auto /100. I told them that as a Phillies fan I'd be happy with a similar tiered auto of a Phillies player like Hewitt, Collier, Gose, etc. They sent me a base Hewitt Auto numbered to infinity, not the aspirations auto/100. Is it worth even calling them?

I'd call them, it might not get you anywhere but it's worth a try. You should have had an auto /100, that's what they should have given you in it's place!

Jim, call them. They will certainly make good on the issue. Their customer service is top notch.

I had an issue with my Rashun Dixon EEE redemptions, and they sent me the low #'d parallel I was supposed to receive and told me to keep the extra base auto they sent as well.

Great, responsive, service from Panini/Donruss.

Technically, the current powers that be at Panini don't owe you a dime, as they weren't the ones who put out that product. That being said, you can complain all you want, but... considering neither player has a good chance of panning out... I agree that you are owed a /100 auto.

Call them up. Ask them to explain to you why you got that card. Understand also that they use a "BV" to send you something comparable. Jeremy Beckham is not a high valued auto, so maybe the Hewitt is a similar "BV". Whats the harm in calling them? They have the best customer service form any of the companies.

It's not that good, at least through my experience. After being told my patch card would "arrive in 2-3 weeks", 4 months later I finally got the replacement.

You'll lose nothing but time by calling. If your time is worth it, why not?

I would complain, maybe they'll send out something comparable. And as far as their customer service, it is anything but. I had a Kenny Phillips auto RC letterman from 2008 Threads that I pulled the first week the product was released. After 4 months I asked for a replacement, they stonewalled me. Same thing when I asked after 6, 8, 10, and 1 year. Finally after about 1 year and 1 month they finally produced it, for all the good it did me as I probably could have at least moved it last year. This year it won't even sell for $0.99.

How did it go Jim?

You can tell them my nickname for Hewitt: "The Strikeout King".
