Unfortunately I had to run to the hospital for family emergency and was left on auto draft. Hopefully Ive get lucky picking up weekly starters. I can live with my batting but pitching is dreadful. Let me know what you think. I was drafting #5 of 10 snake.

WOW you are going to need to find some closers too. The only problem you will have with that is, you don't have the bats to trade for a closer. The computer sure didn't like you when it came to picking for you. #5 out of 10 on a snake draft. I am assuming you got Tulo then Holliday 1 and 2? I see alot of injury problems in your line-up. Unless some of those guys have amazing seasons, you may struggle a bit. Lacking true power up and down the line-up. Not that having mostly 20-25 hr guys is bad, but always nice having a few 35+ guys sprinkled in. Tulo and Holliday are your true power sources. Gaby, Uribe, Hart and maybe LaRoche will get you close to 30, more like 24-27 each. Not bad, but not really guys that will be good tradebait to plug the holes you have. I am also seeing a lack of speed guys. Furcal maybe 20 Victorino around the same. The rest are 9-16 SB guys. Good luck. If you play your cards right and make some crazy trades you may be ok.

Yea I think I might Package Jimeniz and Tulo out with 2 other less players to get back some pitching and less hitting back. I rather move move my A type players to get back a B pitcher and C hitter for both. Ill see how things go at the start first. Im also scared of the injury prone team the auto draft gave me.
I think you did excellent IMO. Your lineup is top of the line in NL only. sure you need help with pitching but I wouldn't give up your best hitter and best pitcher to do it. Why don't you dangle Hart, Victorino, or even Bay if he starts off hot...and pick up a 2nd tier SP?
Your're right. After thinking about it, I actually think my hitting is pretty good. Ill wait to see how the team starts off first. But if Hart or Bay go hot right off the bat (Even laroche) I might trade them out there for pitching. I hope hart has a year like he did last year. If he is atleast 80% of what he did last year, ill be happy!
Thanks for the input. I was afraid of saying that my team didnt look bad outside of pitching. But im also new to baseball fantasy. Last year this league did NL only and I came in last. The years prior it was always AL. NL is tough since im in Toronto and a Jays homer fan.. so I dont keep track of the NL too much
And like I said before.. Injury prone and what do you know.. Bay and Holliday are on the shelf. Looks like Holliday is out for atleast 4-6 weeks and lord knows what Bay is going to do. That park really doesn't favor him and he doesn't have a track record lately of staying healthy. Sorry man, hope I didn't jinx your team, but it wasn't long after I posted that that it happened.

As much as the injuries have played a toll on my team, my batting is keeping up fairly well. Holliday, Tulo (Brief tear) and logan morrison have been doing wonders for me. Gaby is starting out ok. And hopefully hart can come back to being healthy.
Im a major struggle in pitching. Jiminez looks like a wreck this year. OUtside of him and Bronson, Im slim.
