So basically the opposite of the other 1/1 thread.
Show off a 1/1 that is the only 1/1 in the set.
This is actually pretty difficult to do, especially if you count printing plates.
I own 29 1/1s and the only one that falls into this category is:

I never thought to explore sets with only a single 1/1 before, but I guess I have a couple.

First ones that came to mind for me were the 1/1 Essential Credentials from 1998 E-X2001 (A-Rod and Travis Lee) and 1999 E-X Century (Scott Rolen and Ryan Bradley).

This seems to apply to some of the 2005 Turkey Red Suede cards, but not the 2006 Suedes. Beckett lists printing plates for the 2006 set, but not the 2005 set.
