This time of year we remind ourselves of how thankful we are for the things we have. I have done a thread like this before on another forum, so I was hoping everyone could share what their favorite pickup and/or pull of the year ending in 3 weeks. I've owned the base version since the release of a product, but the seller finally put this up for an auction-style listing. I purchased it before the AFL hype; favorite pick-up of 2011- centerpiece of my collection:

Slow year for me. Biggest thing I did was start a Rabbit Maranville vintage collection, which now has 6 cards. My best PC adds of the year were:

Favorite moment of the year was meeting Don Zimmer and having him sign his 1948 high school yearbook at the National.

I've decided to go another direction with my PC about a month ago, and decided to concentrate on adding some of the big names

so far, in the last 2 months, in order

and i have one more incoming soon to add

whether i can add #5 before year ends, i do not know but here's the rest of the players i will be concentrating on obtaining going forward with my PC
