Higher End: (None sold)

Got that out of a comp pack from UD. I was shorted an auto in a box of Timless Teams (sucky product) so they sent me a few packs. (seen below)
UDReplacments.jpg

Got 4 hits in 6 packs.

Pulled that out of a discount blaster of pro sigs. It was covered in dust in target.

Not as high end: (none sold)

All three of those were pulled out of a group of about 17 packs of "Pak Attack" packs from Walmart about 3 years ago. $1.49 a pack. To think -- the Hermida used to be worth so much more... ::facepalm::

Ryan1895.jpg

That sat in a pack of 92 Classic Best in a ziploc bag with about 5 other packs for nearly 13 years.

This card was and still is the biggest pull from a pack I did back in 2001. I bought a box of 2001 SP Legendary Cuts for $70.00 through Ebay. Had no idea if I was going to pull a relic or an auto card. 2001 was the year I became more into card-collecting world...

Anyways, I will never ever forget the moment when I opened a pack and I was very in awe of this card. Ran downstairs to show the card to my mom and my (ex-girlfriend) who had NO idea who this player was!

Still have this card in my posession, and will not probably sell it during my lifetime:

Pulled this out of my 1st box of 07 BCDP. Sold for $1750. Almost passed out. Too bad I got the news my grandfather passed away 15 minutes later, so wasn't as stoked as before.

It's been a while since I busted out this picture. It seems to fit into so many threads that I'm afraid people will get sick of looking at it.

My friend and I busted a case of 2005 Reflections. I set the boxes out on his kitchen table and let him pick which boxes he wanted from the pile. We then proceeded to take turns opening our boxes. About the fifth box in, I pulled this card. I was speechless. I jumped up from his kitchen table and just kept saying "Oh my god... oh my god..." I was running around his kitchen like a mad man. Before we started opening, I told him that I had never pulled a Jeter autograph... BAM!!!

Here are two of my favorites that I've pulled:

Pants.jpg

Bought two boxes of 2001 UD Vintage at one of the Sun Times shows in Chicago. I had seen a couple of these up on the bay at the time and just had a funny feeling when I saw the boxes that I should grab a couple of them. As I opened the pack this card was in, I felt a little thicker card mid way through and slowly slid the stack to reveal the faces of Cobb, Ruth and Wagner peeking back at me. I almost fell out of my chair.

GehrigLegendaryCuts.jpg

I pulled the Gehrig at the National in Chicago last year. I bought a couple of boxes of Cuts from Blowout to take over to the Upper Deck booth for their wrapper redemption. I opened the pack and felt the thick one at the center again. I did the old slow reveal and saw Gehrig's name at the top of the card. I was pretty excited - I thought I had pulled a Gehrig bat card. I slid the stack over and saw the cut and was pretty much speechless. Needless to say it caused quite a stir around the UD booth - lots of high fives and cellphone pics of the card, me and the card, other people wanting to hold it, etc. The guys from Blowout gave me a t-shirt and took my picture with it. It was up on their website for a while - not sure if it's still there or not. My perma-grin was a beautiful thing.

I still have both of them.

I'm sure everyone is sick of seeing this card, but I will always remember this pull because I pulled it the day he was called up to the majors (April 12, 2008). I remember it was a Saturday and I had just purchased a five box lot of 2006 bowman draft at Frank and Sons, my first visit there in over 3 months. My third box in, cracking at Fugazzi's table, I saw the serial number out of 5 on the back, and my heart froze when I saw "Longoria" on the top reverse of the card. I didn't even know he had been called up yet, but it was announced later that evening, and I've had the card ever since......It's truly a gem!

I don't think anyone on here will get sick of seeing that card. In fact, I'd say you should show it off more often!

Thanks to all for sharing, lots of great cards.

It was on my PC for a while, but I sold it to a group of members lead by magicpapa that gave it to Kevin (pinbreaker)
Very nice gesture
