I agree.
Beautiful cards and in awesome condition!
I love looking at all the vintage multi-player rookie cards, then researching the names of the players who never became a star.
Some of those guys must be happy they're forever immortalized on a legendary player's card, like Ken McMullen on Pete Rose's RC, and ron Tompkins on Johnny Bench's RC.
Thanks for posting those great cards.

Nice stuff.I have just about all of them minus the Jenkins rookie and the Sutter(which reminds me I still need to track one down.Its nice to see something I can relate to on such a prospector laden board! :lol:

I post mainly about prospects because it tends to be relevant to the game at the moment. However, I am building a decent collection of graded rookies from the late 60's to late 70's....being 36, that is the crop of players that dominated the game along with a few guys from the early 80's like Ripken, Gwynn, Boggs, Henderson and Sandberg when I was a kid.

My guess is most board members were not even born or were still in diapers when guys like Schmidt, Yount, Smith and Brett retired.

Love the Banks. Im supriced PSA didnt label them OC. Those are really tough to find where they are not OC T/B.

Yikes I hope not.Now I feel old.In any case...I enjoy seeing these kinds of cards.In my mind they are worth their weight in gold.And a lot of the are affordable.
