Sigh, on the verge of another collapse?

Last year the Braves had a huge collapse at the end of the year. It didn't get a ton of media coverage because the Red Sox took a lot of the national heat off. Here it is a year later, and the same thing is shaping up all over again.

It's a really odd feeling to see this go on in back to back years. Especially when I think the roster is as strong as most in baseball. I can't blame the GM and staff because they have good players in the field. I can't blame the coach because he hasn't really cost them wins. I can't blame the players because baseball is baseball and these things happen.

Rats, I felt so good about this team in May.

It's sarcasm from an inside joke between Paul (rehmus) and I.

I thought I was about to be amazed by the first statement but didn't think he was old enough for such an amazing feat. The 2nd statement I figured was an emotional response. I could see it being high on the list for big Chipper fans!

I wish I had a dollar for every game we lost in the 9th pitching with 2 outs and 2 strikes. 2 strikes on Prado who is 0-4 today and he throws it right down the
middle. @#*()$&)

Near Philly
And he's hitting .302!

Another example of why, unless they wear #42, you don't sign Closers to long, expensive contracts in today's game...

I've attended every single Braves game including road games since Sid's Slide and that was the greatest Braves moment in Braves history.

All 162 games every year? That's impressive. EDIT: I see it was a joke, nvmd.

As for Chipper, un-fricking-believable. Is there any doubt he's 2nd greatest 3rd baseman of all time? I think not now.

I'm watching that inning and Prado's "double" was definitely an error. How do you call that a double?
