I think this is a great thing to post at the little league parks. I've seen another like it, and I'll post it if I find it. Until then...

I agree as a person who has coached baseball it got really frustrating as parents all thought they had Derek Jeter as a son. The worst is when we played the other team from our town and the parents would trash talk each other. Being 21 at the time I felt like I was the most mature one there. I literally had to comfort kids because parents were telling them they sucked just as this sign states.

I 've helped coach some years since 1973 and have seen second generation play in several sports . Most of the time I've helped because head coaches need help and ask me to help . Now if more parents would just help some they would know what it's like . So many kids get on a field having never played that sport and their parents are the worst , they expect us to make their kids great .
Being stopped by parents in parking lots saying they like the extra work you do with those needing it is a big plus . Remember most coaches spend money out of their pockets for extra equipment since we don't get paid .

I've seen similiar signs at local fields in my area too. I don't think the message gets to the people it should get to. They probably don't even read it because there's too many words.

A local high school before every game makes an announcement that states. Please cheer "for your team and not against the competitor" as all the players are all doing thier best for thier school. Its one of the few things I agree with in the era of everyone gets a trophy.

I think a better sign would read "No adults allowed."
