Signature confirmation through Paypal

When receiving payment through paypal on an EBAY purchase of $250 or more do you use Signature confirmation? I am not concerned about the $1.90 cost I just am afraid if a potential buyers is not home during normal delivery hours and can be an inconvenience to have to pick up the item at the post office

I believe over $250 Paypal REQUIRES Signature Confirmation. DC is then not acceptable.

Protection against a non receipt claim requires signature confirmation. You can still ship without it but you will not be covered in the event that a buyer decides to file the claim. If it's an ebay transaction, I would definitely use it. If it's just someone here on the boards then maybe it's not necessary.

I'm not sure, but I just shelled out close to 4.00 at the p.o. to send someone a card with signature confirmation and they just put it in the mailbox without getting it signed. I believe that if I type in the number on usps.com it'll say that it was signed for even though it wasn't. I know I've had to sign for some things before here, but other places must not take it seriously. If the card is lost then what can I do if the postman marks it as signed for when it wasn't.

Hopefully paypal postage is somehow better
