I have not opened an UD product in a long time and I am tempted to bust a couple boxes of Signature Stars at roughly 55 per box which seems cheap enough. But overall is it a brutal break other than the Bryce Harper autos?

i was thinking the same thing. who puts a sticker right over the product name? UD ::facepalm:: Not taking anything away from the sentimental value of the card for you Nestor.

It's horrible. I busted a box, kinda by accident. It's just one of those ridiculously mailed-in, unimaginative UD products. I'm sure there are some great pulls but I wouldn't touch it at $55, and I paid a fair bit more.

I've had a fun time opening it, probably about 12-15 boxes worth.

Sure, I got killed value wise on most boxes, but I did pull a Wieters autograph, and several usa patch autos/25.

Never saw a Bryce, but did see a guy pull a Koji UD Black - it was nice looking.

There are Bryce base cards in the product as well.

Fun crack at the current prices.

I saw a quad auto of lincecum, Cain, sandoval, and ishikawa out of /35 and it sold for $215 or so. I wish I could find that card.

They actually had a hobby box of this at a convenience store and out of 10 packs I pulled a Bryce Harper USA jersey card, Cory Hahn USA dual jersey card, Prince Fielder auto, and Dan Uggla gold auto card. Kinda fun break at lunch time.

You cleaned out the box since they guarantee 4 auto/gu per box!

Love WAWA! :D

I do love the wawa for that. It seems they added another box and consolidated the packs together so maybe there are more hits lingering. They don't seem searched as the packs are pretty organized still and the employees didn't even know they sold them. Its 5 minutes from my job site so I think I will go shortly.

I worked at a Wawa for about 2 weeks after college. They had a tiny section for sportscards packs, like Topps baseball and Skybox basketball. When I was quitting it was probably the closest I ever came to shoplifting, just wanting to grab an armful. Of course, this was back in 1992, and the best thing you could get was a star base card.

It's funny, this is the second reference to Wawa I've heard in two weeks. Probably haven't thought about it in 15 years.
