Thanks. I submitted that myself. Bought Raw and paid a hefty Premium because of the "Best Wishes" inscription on the Hat Swatch /55.
It Booked $600 back in the day after release when I purchased it.

I paid just over double of what it books now, but it's still one of the cornerstones of my Ripken Collection. Bought it for myself as a christmas present in 2000.
