It's $5.50 for all cards and $1 extra on top of that for each of those cards that is an auto. So in your case, it would be $5.50 plus $5.50+$1, totaling $12. Note that it is probable that there will be some other small additional costs per card to cover shipping, so the exact total is still undetermined.
