So apparently, Wal-Mart sells autographed memorabilia online

I was screwing around on the internet and found this:

What I can't understand for the life of me is how they can sell these products at prices that makes Steiner look like a bargain. I think I read somewhere that some of these items are signed in-store by some of the athletes they host. Does anyone here work at Wal-Mart or have any information on how they came to be involved in this business? Low prices they are not....
