I think you have to go Neutral and tell the truth.

Seller Mailed Item With DC but Item was never Received. Communication was Satisfactory.

When the seller purchases DC from PayPal, it shows the full address in their transaction history, so PayPal can see if it was in fact sent to the right address. If it was not sent via PayPal, then you're SOL.

Despite the USPS saying that it was delivered on 6/9, it came in today's mail. Glad I didn't leave FB yet.

I'd go neutral and state exactly what happened. The guy mailed it but didn't arrive, I've heard about this quite often actually. I think the best thing to always do is put yourself in their shoes as well when leaving the feedback. There are two sides to everything and I'm sure he's frustrated as well.

How about look at the time stamp hero? You know, some people do other things when the window is open before hitting submit.

I guess what I find humorous in this thread that some people who have posted, have posted just the opposite when the OP (not this OP) states a similar problem but is in the sellers position. Where people responding say "It's too bad, you sent the item and have proof. The buyer should have bought insurance".
