So it works only if you hit a BIN and pay with paypal? Is that correct? I have never used it before.

You are correct but there's one more important detail. You need to log onto Bing and use their search feature. You know you're doing it correctly when you see the little icon at the top of the ebay page of the item you're looking at, and then next when you hit the BIN you'll see the amount that Bing will save you in the figures area. So it's nice to be reassured as you're buying something that you're doing it correctly.

Just signed up for one as well.

I saw the "bing" icon at the top, when I purchased a $1 card (just testing it out) and paid for it, but when I went into my bing cash back account, it says my balance still has nothing in it.

Does it take a few hours to record it?

Not to me lately, but I remember a delay last year when I used it more often. I just bought two things within the last few days and used it, and got an instant Bing cashback into Paypal. Never got that before either, but maybe when you're in the system a while it goes quicker.

I'd log back in this evening, or tomorrow and see what happens. Pretty sure I was worried before when it took a day or two, but it did get there.

YOu can ask a selller to revise their item to the BIN price you'd like to offer them, that way you both win.
