If anyone has one, knows someone who has one, etc., I'd really appreciate a heads up.

Also looking for those 1 of 1 thingies

Jonny Gomes:

2002 Just Prospects Prototypes JPP17
Base, NOT the gold version. This card is killing me!
Probably looks like this, but without the signature:
02-17.jpg

2002-03 Justifiable Black Autographs /25
Not looking to spend $40+ on this one, or I'd have had it years ago (one on eBay). Still want it, though. This, along with the 2009 card, is one of two on this list that I have seen.

2004 Fleer Authentix Club Box 118 /25?
2004 Fleer Authentix Club Box 118 /10?

2004 Skybox Prospects Endorsed Dual Jonny Gomes/Andrew Jones AJJG
Would be a very cool card, but probably never made. Would be happy with an unredeemed redemption for it at this point.

2004 Skybox LE Artist's Proof 124 /50

2005 Sp Collection SPx Signature Spectrum 65 /10

2005 Upper Deck Emerald 412 /50
2005 Upper Deck Platinum 412 /5

2006 Bowman Originals 2004 Bowman Chrome Refractors /2
2006 Bowman Originals 2006 Bowman Chrome X-Fractors /2
Sadistic of Topps to put such low numbered cards in such a little opened product.

2006 Upper Deck Special FX Blue 443
Speaking of sadistic...

2007 Fleer Autographics GO

2009 Topps Heritage Black Refractor /59

Also, any items signed up to late 2003 are wanted. Example signatures from that period:

Matt Diaz:

2000 Multi-Ad St. Petersburg Devil Rays 4

2001 Pepsi Bakersfield Blaze 5

2003 Bowman's Best Blue Auto BB-MD

2003 Fleer Mystique Gold 117

2003 Topps Chrome Uncirculated X-Fractors /25 T170

2006 Upper Deck Special F/X Blue 523

2008 Topps Allen & Ginter
All but the base version wanted

2008 Upper Deck Gold /99

Are there any player collectors that AREN'T looking for the FX Blues? I've had trouble even finding some of the more common parallels from that set. Yet another product it seems like nobody opened.

I was lucky enough to track down every card from that mess of set.

For the Just cards, maybe you could email their official site and tell them about your quest. Maybe they can help you out?

I've emailed them multiple times, but all they said was that Prototype cards are released to their distributors, and not put in any product. Supposedly about 10,000 to 20,000 are produced, but I have never seen one.

I also emailed all the people on eBay and Becket selling 02 Prototype cards of other players, but none had any.

Are the blues numbered?

I busted quite a bit back then and still have them all lying around. If they were #'d, they were pulled and penny sleeved, but for the non numbered variations, i never even noticed and they are still in the box's. Eithor way, I'll look and see if i have what your looking for when i get out of work.

Thanks, Ron.

Blues are not numbered, and can be hard to spot unless you're specifically looking for them.

If you happen to find Hanley Ramirez or Chad Billingsley blues, or Kelly Shoppach Red/Green/Purple/Blue I'm VERY interested.

The blues are not numbered, but are very tough pulls. I've heard print runs estimated at 25-30 copies, but that's pure speculation. I think the combination of being unnumbered and the color being very easy to overlook has numerous copies of these cards sitting in common boxes. If you happen to come across any Pirates, particularly Jack Wilson, I'd be interested.
