Say you've got a couple cases of bowman draft or topps heritage to crack and sort, and you know it's going to take several hours- what do you like to do during the crack fest?

A. lock yourself up in a silent room and be at one with the cards
B. break the cases while watching or listening to a ballgame
C. put on a nice cd or a mix or your favorite tunes
D. I can't afford to crack cases
E. drive with your leg on the steering wheel and keep the truck drivers from wondering what the heck you are doing with several brown cardboard boxes in the front seat and tons of wrappers in the back seat while stopping only for bathroom breaks on your roadtrip home back from college

I personally enjoy choice C, and hearing certain songs reminds me of cracking cases of 2003 and 2004 bowman draft from several years back- ahhh, the good memories and the angel salome gold refractor pull while listening to U2's "bad" at 2 in the morning...

Let's hear your stories!!

D. I can't afford to crack cases :(

But if I could afford cases, I'd have a game on while I'm busting packs.

It's been a while, but I used to have a movie on while I broke them - hopefully one of the HBOs had something on, or I'd pop in a DVD.

iTunes for the win.

I also like to be on AIM talking to some of my internet hobby buddies about the break. More fun in my opinion if you have someone rooting on you to pull a nice auto or parallel

I rarely bust cases that take that long to sort. However, when I bust cases, My wife and I just open and sort. Usually something is on the TV but nothing planned out.

Just crank up some Hair Bands on the iPod and rock out. A little mood music. :D It's my ritual when I break cases. I guess I'm superstitious or weird

I like to take a shower and see how many chrome cards I can stick to my damp, naked body after I dry off. My record is 173.

My apologies to those of you that bought chrome lots of 2007 Bowman Draft from me.

I knew that. Why do you think I overpaid for them?
$43 for a lot of Lars Davis was worth every penny.

Sorry about the hairs in the Justin Upton lot. But that's what you get for buying the Future's Game chrome cards.

LOL, that's one of the funniest things i've heard on the boards :D . Then again, the visual image is really disturbing me. Now if I replace you Kate Beckinsale, you might be forgiven.

Definately watch a ballgame. It's fun to pull a card of the guy that just hit one out or did something special in the game.
