So what's the latest on the Donruss/Razor litigation?

Things are well. Quite busy in the construction law area with the current economic climate. You still in law school or are you out in the real world now?

Glad your doing well. Finished school and have been working at a small firm in east TN for a little over a year now. It was two attorneys and myself at the beginning, but one retired about 7 months ago and I took over for him and the other will retire this year...... so if you'd like to come practice in TN I think I might be able to find a spot for you, lol. Man do I realize how fun and easy law school was now, haha!

But like you said, just very busy, but going well.

With the -20 degree weather today in MN it is tempting. Then I remember I have relatives in TN that I would rather not be that close to, and I can take the cold.

Good luck running your own firm! I'm NOT cut out for that.

If a contract that gave exclusive rights to Razor was broken, then there are indeed damages. An exclusive is a REASON to PURCHASE a product. If that exclusive turns up in another product, then surely there will be financial damages.

I'm happy they're working a settlement. I don't like to see the new guy losing money or Donruss taking another hit.

Yes, that message -- the message I posted, stating that I had asked Brian to show me a contract -- referred to a post months ago when we were discussing exclusivity, probably 200+ threads back. I didn't ask to see a contract on January 3, 2009.
