So, after a brutal weekend by both the Mets and Angels, what is worse: Getting swept by the Marlins or by the Astros?

The mets payroll on the field is about 50million, so I'd have to go with the pre season favorite Angels getting swept by the astros

As bad as the Houston offense is, the Marlins today started FIVE batters hitting under .240, including the Starting Catcher (not a regular) who is hitting .071. Ugh...

I know the Marlins record is worse, but at least they have some players on their team (one big one hurt) that are good. The Astros have Altuve, and a whole lot of nothing. They don't even have future pieces like the Marlins seem to have.

It reminds me of the late 90s early 00s Tigers teams where guys like Justin Thompson, Robert Fick, and Damion Easley made the all-star team because no one should have gone, but someone had to.

Well, it took 'em 30 innings, but the Marlins just swept a little two game series IN New York. And even though it wasn't his fault, 1 ER in 7 IP, they did beat Harvey again.

And they're now 8-3 vs. the Mets. 10-41 vs. everybody else...
