Boxes are down to 120 & even sold for $100 and change recently.

At what price does this bomb of a product become a good box buy?

Btw, I'd consider this product to be, perhaps, the worst product (at original Srp) of the last five yrs, maybe longer.

From my memory of my review, at $100 you should be getting your retail value back, or close. So $100 is not a bad bottom level and if this ever sinks to the $70-80 level, the bottom will be reached and the boxes will disappear at that prince point. Rich

Under $100 I'd buy a few boxes.

I don't think it's worse than last years Upper Deck Signatures or whatever that non-photo, sticker auto abortion was.

I pulled an Edwin Encarnacion auto and considered myself lucky! That's a bad product

Since 2010 Topps Chicle was released in the last 5 years, the WBC product is safe. You all remember, it was that painted crap with 85% scrubs and the paintings made everyone look like they had gout?

That release is the biggest chunk of crap. At least that 2012 SP sticker bomb is good for making home-made cards of decent names.

Ugh, chicle was horrid. "Drawings" were pitiful for sure.

Only saving grace were the amount of hof gu and box Srp around $100.

Are any of the Topps redemptions at the national going to be numbered? I know most are 100 per day but can't find anything about whether they'll be serially numbered or not. The Heritage inserts they had in 2011 were great.

Personally, I think at $100 it is worth a shot, even $120. Just opened a box the other day, 4 autographs of all star caliber players and 2 patches /25.

I hope the ones Topps is giving out are in better shape than the one in the picture...that bottom right corner is pretty hammered.

I complain about Topps a lot (rightfully so), but this is a very good, smart move by them helping out dealers who got hammered by this product.

It's not THAT helpful to dealers, as the boxes will still be WAAAAY under cost, they will just move a little bit quicker.
