Sold Starlin Castro Card On Ebay... Paypal Holding MY Money?

I can't pay off anything because Paypal has decided to give me a "Payment Hold" this is BS... anything I can do? because it's holding till 25th of March... ::facepalm::

Never had a dispute and he paid through ebay.

Im not sure but is your feedback low??? Or maybe its because your not verified??? I think when the buyer gets the card or leaves feedback that payment will be processed.. Are you sure he didnt pay with a e-check???

Had this happend to me once if you dont have a 100 feedback they can put random holds at any time. Just make sure he leaves feedback right when he gets it the'll release it right after he gets the card and leaves feedback, well with in like 24 hours i think.

I don't get this. They hold 93 bucks, but in turn they protect the buyer for up to 250 :?:

Yeah this is nothing really new. Started about a year ago now? maybe longer? Paypal will hold random funds on sellers that they decide to be a "risk". Maybe someone with low feedback, a newer ebay/paypal member, past problems, have not sold anything in a really long time etc.

That could be, I have not sold anything on ebay in maybe 5 months...
