A factory in a small town near me is the only manufacturer for the yarn for all of MLB in the USA.

The original factory burned down in 1846. I guess if something works, keep using it.

That is definitely cool. Hopefully I will remember to stop by there if I'm ever in the neighborhood again.

Also from the video - the average life of a baseball in MLB is four pitches. I would have guessed longer than that.
