Just got back from a beastly vacation in the Keys to find these beautys in the mailbox. Thought they were worthy of showing off.

Key West.

Yeah, Key Largo is pretty nice as well. So much to do down there.

Nice slabs. did you sub the PSA's yourself?

Nope. I only buy graded. Would never touch either of those cards raw.

You actually liked Key West? The residences sucked, homeless people live on the beaches, and there is only one street that has anything worth looking at except for the Hemingway House. I hated it when I stayed last year. It was the worst experience ever. Largo was okay, snorkling on the reefs was fun.

then explain the JUp/Lars :)

Well my big issue buying graded is trimming. I can't stand getting a trimmed card. I find that 2005 and back is more likely to be trimmed than 2006 forward, so I took a risk on those and they are both untrimmed.

It was alright. I was with a bunch of my friends, so it was nice to hang out with them. Homeless people are definitely a big problem. I stuck on Deval Street, which is probably what you are referring to, every single night I was down there, so I found lots to do. I can understand why one would hate it though. Pretty expensive, too.

That makes sense. You say you never grade, so you will not be grading the JUP/Lars? or just not in the near future? Will you buy post 2005 slabs at all? or is that not your bag?

Yeah, I don't usually submit myself. Pain in the ass. Who knows, though. I only have about 10-15 ungraded cards so I might just submit them all just to have them slabbed.

I will buy post-2005 slabs, and I actually prefer them. But if they are unavailable, I'll buy raw and risk getting a trimmed card, which would then be returned.

Yeah Devall, I was trying to think of it. The chickens are pretty funny, and story behind them is funnier. The food is good, but really expensive, and when I went the beaches had this mossy junk all over it. I felt like I was on a stranded island
