Please note in your auctions if you are going out of town,vacation,etc or send a email if there a delay in shipping. 
I bought a [12] card lot of 1992 Topps Gold Kirby Pucketts for 5.99 dlvd on the 16th,i paid the same day,well today the 25th,still no cards.I email the seller and asked if the item was sent yet.He emailed me that he was out of town and when he came back that paypal shipping was down for 4 days for him and that he would sent 1st thing on Monday.
I replied back asking for a refund because you never let me know of a problem in sending the item.And i would't have bought the item knowing that it would take 9+ days to ship.
